2/18 Not sure his name but our card would not read in the parking garage. Guy was there in about 5 minutes and had us all taken care of quickly. Absolute legend

Paying my parking ticket was fast, efficient, and convenient. I couldn't ask for a better, more pleasant experience paying my Street cleaning parking ticket. You can even pay it online! You just have to pay a small $2.50 conveniece fee to pay your parking ticket! Highly recommend this place, would give 6 stars if I could.

The process of setting up a monthly parking garage lease has been one of the smoothest and most efficient interactions I have ever had while moving. The customer service representative who helped me was timely, extremely helpful, and patient the whole way through. Thanks to the LPA for making the process of moving into the city a little smoother for me.

I couldn’t remember the parking garage I parked in today. While walking in circles, I ran into an employee named Kevin and he walked me to each garage until one was familiar and I found my car. I would still be roaming the streets of the city if it weren’t for him.

As a New Lancaster City Resident, I was feeling pretty stressed about where I would park and whatnot. I went into the office at 40 West Orange after my online application didn't get approved and spoke with Julie, she was very patient, kind and efficient. She got me a residential permit in no time and has assuaged my parking fears!! Thank you Julie <3

I know everyone hates getting parking tickets, and when it comes to giving them out, these guys can be sharks. However, as a customer who has worked with them regularly to reserve event parking, I'd like to offer some perspective. My regular interactions with the staff have been overwhelmingly positive, with the staff proving to be extremely friendly and helpful. Just the other day, the assistant manager went out of her way to help me on a weekend. While the approach to ticketing is decidedly aggressive, the folks who work here are not.
